We supply lake liners from 2m x 2m, up to 45m x 40m (1800sq.m) in a single prefabricated sheet, for you or your landscaper to self-install, we will also recommend a fully trained and well experienced Aquatic Landscaper for you.
Greenseal™ - 0.75mm and 1.0mm EPDM rubber, is fabricated here in the UK, by ourselves (Gordon Low Products Ltd) using our own unique patented welding process and by our fully trained and experienced fabricators (up to 1800sq.m). Our quality control and manufacturing systems enable complete material and process traceability from raw material to your finished lake liner. Our patented on-site welding machines are used to create larger liners in-situ by joining together two or more sheets. This facilitates fabrication around obstacles such as islands, mature trees etc. and allows for creation of more adventuous pond profiles other than simple oval or kidney shapes that can be created from a basic rectangular sheet. Manually applied adhesive systems are also used for site joining and we can supply all the necessary equipment, materials and training courses for your landscaper to achieve this themselves, or again we will gladly put you in touch with a fully trained and experienced local installer who is familiar with our materials, someone we have previously supplied and trust to carry out the work to our high standard of workmanship. The superior anti-aging properties and UV resistance of EPDM makes it the no.1 choice for lake liners. |

Firestone PondGard™ - 1.0mm EPDM pond and lake liner which is produced by Firestone Corporation in the USA. We stock this material in the UK in prefabricated sheet sizes up to 15.24m (50ft) x 30.48m (100ft) and is site joined where larger projects dictate using Firestone QuickSeam™ adhesive system. Butyl pond liner - 0.75mm. As per Greenseal we fabricate this material to order in the UK but do find that as it is our most expensive polymer its application tends to be limited to projects where the traditional material is specified and cost is not so important. Our liners are used for large lakes, small garden ponds, swimming ponds, wildlife ponds, water storage lagoons, canal refurbishment, attenuation tanks, reed beds, irrigation ponds and many more water containment applications. We also manufacture Wrc approved drinking water quality liners for aid agencies, irrigation tanks and lagoons, dirty water containment, fish farms, koi vats etc. Our list of recent projects and past customers may help you appreciate the type of work we are involved in, and give you an indication of the huge range of projects in which our liners are specified. Gordon Low Products are committed to supplying high quality products at competitive prices, we guarantee all our products because we use only the highest quality materials from the worlds leading material suppliers. |
